Guest Services/Lost and Found

• Open during business hours

Coat check

Coat check is $5 and is Located in the guest services window between the general admission and vip entrances to the club. If you forget your coat/item we will hold it for two weeks. After two weeks, we donate unclaimed items to local charities/shelters. You can claim your item with your coat check stub anytime WE’RE open - refer to hours of operation. Please note, we do not take bags/anything other than COATS in coat check.

TRANSPORTATION

How can I get there on Public Transit?

The C-train is easiest. Get off at the Victoria Park stop and walk North along the BMO centre until you reach Cowboys Calgary. It’s about a 5 minute walk.

Where can I catch a taxi?

There are typically taxis waiting outside any of the main cowboys casino doors. Uber is an option as well.

Parking

There is limited complimentary parking underground, first come first serve - except during Stampede. Please don’t drink and drive.

CONCERTS/ TICKETS

I got my tickets from a “Friend”/kijiji/this one guy I know…How do I know if they are valid?

There is no way to guarantee third party tickets are legit. The only tickets we guarantee are ones purchased from Cowboys Box office directly, or from our ticketing partner ShowPass.

What time do the performances/concerts start?

Timelines are up to artist management and in most cases not confirmed until moments before the show starts! If you purchase tickets please check your email the day of the show as we send out day of info and will give you show updates there.

I lost my tickets, what do I do?

You can re-print your tickets from ShowPass as many times as you need. However, once your ticket has been scanned no other copies of it will work. So don’t try anything funny.

I ordered my tickets online. Where do I pick them up?

You should have received a confirmation email with your tickets attached. You can either print your tickets and bring them to the concert, or pull the tickets up on your phone. if you are having trouble locating your ticket, please contact showpass.com support.

When purchasing my tickets from ShowPass I entered the wrong email. What now?

Please email us at guestservices@cowboysnightclub.com we can get them sent to you!

Is there seating for the concert?

All concerts are standing room only.

Cowboys is committed to providing accessible customer service to people with disabilities; in a manner that respects their dignity, independence, integration and that is equitable in relation to the broader public.
Cowboys permits people with disabilities to use assistive devices, service animals and/or support personnel.
Accessible washrooms, amenities and bars are available at all venues.

Yes, the VIP entrance to the Dancehall is to the left hand side of Cowboys guest services window.

What forms of payment will my bartender accept?

Cash, Credit, Debit, Apple Pay, & Cowboys Gift Cards.

Can I start a tab?

No, unfortunately not. For your security we are unable to start tabs! However, if you are looking to have 1 transaction you are able to purchase Gift Cards!

What kind of music do you play?

DJ TIM plays a mix of Country, top 40 hits, old school and rock – basically anything that we want to. Don’t worry, all our music will make you want to party.

Refunds/Receipts

ALL tickets are non-refundable.

If you have an inquiry about reprinting a receipt, or a charge dispute please email guestservices@cowboysnightclub.com with as much detail as possible and we will try to help you out as quickly as possible.

What ID is REQUIRed for entry to Cowboys dance hall & cowboys casino?

WE DON’T MAKE THE RULES ON THIS ONE BUT WE DO HAVE TO FOLLOW THEM! ID REQUIREMENTS ARE AS BELOW! WE ABIDE STRICTLY BY AGLC, ALBERTA GAMING AND LIQUOR COMMISSION REGULATIONS.  YOU’LL NEED A PRIMARY PIECE OF GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID* AND WITH AN APPROVED SECONDARY IDENTIFICATION.**

*ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PRIMARY ID INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• VALID DRIVERS LICENSE / ALBERTA OPERATORS LICENSE / ARMED FORCES IDENTIFICATION CARD / OUT-OF-PROVINCE PHOTO DRIVER’S LICENSE / CERTIFICATE OF INDIAN STATUS / CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP OR PERMANENT RESIDENCY CARD

VALID PRIMARY IDENTIFICATION MUST HAVE:

• HAVE A PHOTO/ HAVE A NAME / HAVE A SIGNATURE/BE GOVERNMENT ISSUED / INCLUDE DATE OF BIRTH / valid( NOT BE EXPIRED) / HAVE A UNIQUE IDENTIFIER NUMBER / BE AN ORIGINAL (NOT A COPY).

Do you have to be 21 to enter your bar?

No, the legal drinking age in Alberta is 18. You must come to the bar with two pieces of government issued ID, one must be photo identification with a signature as per AGLC regulations. ID MUST NOT be expired.

I lost my ID can I use my temporary paper ID to get in?

No, your temporary ID does not act as photo ID. You can use a passport, status card, or any other photo ID that is government issued. The only photo ID you can’t use is an Ontario Health Card.

If you have further questions about ID requirements, Cowboys Casino will be the first ones to verify patrons for improper ID, so we recommend contacting them with any further questions (403-514-0900).

My 18th birthday is tomorrow, can I access the bar at midnight tonight?

No, Unfortunately due to AGLC regulations it must be the NEXT business date to enter the bar. :(

Fuel up to keep the night going!  We have a Dogfather Hot Dog Cart inside the nightclub (hotdogs and all the toppings) but there are also two full-service restaurants inside cowboys Casino - Melrose cafe (sports lounge) and Centre Bar.

Smoking

Can I purchase cigarettes inside the Casino or Dance Hall?

Not inside Cowboys Dance Hall. Cowboys Casino sells them at the Casino Guest Services located at the main entrance.

Can e-cigarettes be used inside Cowboys Casino or Dance Hall?

Due to new legislation, they cannot be used in non-designated smoking areas. please use the designated smoking areas outside of the Casino.
